This study reconstructs the semantic and cultural origins of Qnuma, examining its transformation from a legal and philosophical concept into a theological construct within Syriac Christianity. By analyzing Aramaic and Syriac manuscripts, legal documents, and linguistic influences from Akkadian and Hebrew, it traces Qnuma's evolution from personal identity and social hierarchy in early Semitic traditions to its role in Trinitarian and Christological debates. The findings highlight Qnuma's significance in shaping identity across legal, religious, and philosophical domains.
