Etika Kristen dan Pendidikan Moral di Sekolah SMP Negeri 3 Lamala: Perspektif Sistematika Teologi

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi penerapan etika Kristen dalam pendidikan moral di SMP Negeri 3 Lamala dengan menggunakan perspektif teologi sistematika. Dalam konteks pendidikan formal di Indonesia, etika Kristen berfungsi untuk membentuk karakter siswa yang bertanggung jawab, berintegritas, dan memiliki moralitas yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, yang melibatkan 4 guru (termasuk kepala sekolah) dan 8 siswa sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara semi-terstruktur, analisis dokumen, dan observasi kelas untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana etika Kristen diintegrasikan dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika Kristen telah diintegrasikan dengan baik dalam pengajaran moral di sekolah, dengan dukungan kebijakan yang kuat dari pihak sekolah. Penerapan teologi sistematika dalam pendidikan moral juga terlihat jelas dalam kurikulum dan pengajaran. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait keberagaman agama di lingkungan sekolah yang multikultural menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi penuh etika Kristen. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan etika Kristen memiliki dampak positif pada perkembangan karakter siswa, dan kurikulum pendidikan moral berbasis etika Kristen dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan moral di sekolah-sekolah Indonesia.
